Can I come solo? How many guests?
Solo recordings are available.
We accommodate up to two guests per recording.
How quickly can I receive my files?
Typically we will transfer the “live-cut program file” to you after the session concludes, however we do offer editing services to polish your final product. Files can then be uploaded to a server and a download link sent to you when completed.
Will I receive all audio and video files separately?
Video and Audio files can be provided separately on request. You are welcome to bring your own external Solid State (SSD) drive for file transfer or we can provide one at a nominal fee. (Request will need to be made prior to your session)
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your pre-booked session with us, we offer a full refund if given 48 hours notice. 50% of booking value for 24 hour notice. Anything less than 24 hours out will not be refunded.
